Shipping Policy

All orders shipped within the United States ship for free for orders above $70 USD (unless we run a promo) otherwise a flat fee of $5.99 applies. Delivery delays can occasionally occur with the United States Postal Service, this is out of our control, but we will attempt to help you track and locate your package if there has been a significant delay. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and fees.

Please note:
Salaam Nutritionals is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your package is marked as delivered but you can not locate it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses including apt numbers, if packages are lost due to shipping errors we will reship, but the customer must pay for the additional shipping charges. 

 

Shipping FAQ

 

Q: Can I cancel my order before it ships?

A: Yes, please contact us ASAP before we ship so we may cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order after its been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping back to our fulfillment center. Once we receive it, we will process your return minus the shipping fees.

Q: When can I expect my order?

A: Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your order to arrive after its been shipped. PLEASE NOTE, there is a shipping delay until Sept 12, 2025, ALL orders will be shipped after Sept 12th. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, fees will depend on your home country and will display upon checkout. 

Q: How long do international orders take?

A: Please allow up to 14 business days for packages to arrive safely. Additional time may be needed due to any custom delays.

Q: Are there any Customs, Duties, and Tax Fees?

A: Salaam Nutritionals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Q: Do you cover Customs Clearance, Restrictions & Seizures?

A: International orders are subject to the destination country’s import laws and inspection. Customers are responsible for ensuring the products they order are permitted to be imported and for providing any documents required by local authorities.
If a shipment is delayed, refused, returned, or confiscated by customs (including POAO/animal-origin restrictions), Salaam Nutritionals is not liable and orders are not refundable, including product and shipping costs. If the parcel is returned to us in sellable condition, we can reship (at customer’s expense) or issue store credit for product only (less any fees we incur). Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Q: Will you provide me a tracking number?

A: Yes, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Q: Do you offer returns?

A: Yes, any unopened and untampered with products may be returned within 14 days of receiving merchandise. Salaam Nutritionals will not be responsible for lost and stolen return packages.
